great accessibility to parks and local landmarks for city explorers
During my stay, I was pleased to find myself just a short walk from both Upminster Park and Rainham Hall, making it easy for me to enjoy lovely strolls and discover the local history. the room was spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfy tea and coffee facilities in the room that made my evenings feel cozy, but the overall cleanliness could definitely use some improvement.

Super comfy stay!
We had a good time here! The bed was super comfy and the sheets were fresh. Room was basic but clean, which was a nice surprise. The staff were really friendly, helped us with some recommendations. We chilled in the bar area one night. it was a nice vibe. Only bummer was the bathroom could've used some updating.

It was just a great match for a speedy visit in Rainham with value for money. The breakfast was just cereal and toast, but it did the job. Consider bringing some snacks for the night.

Checked in smoothly! Room was tidy, and staff was very helpful, giving good local tips. A cozy stay overall.
But goodness, the drama when I checked out! Someone thought I broke their TV. I didn’t even touch it, darling!

Can't ignore the decent crinkle-cut fries and the hidden gems nearby served up by local cooks! The blinds in the room? Absolute blackout champs—perfect for a good night's kip. Plus, the hotel's location is a major plus, making it a breeze to explore.
Now, I must mention the check-in fella—absolute slow-mo, didn't even crack a smile while munching on his plastic dinner. The room was dirty and let’s not start on the shower—talk about a moldy welcome!

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect for visiting Fairlop Waters Golf Course and the London Cruise Terminal. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Nice amenities added to our stay, making everything enjoyable. Would recommend for a group getaway!
Our only issue was the slow check-in process, which took longer than expected. It left us feeling a bit frustrated after a long journey.

We really enjoyed the nearby London Cruise Terminal. it was a great spot for family photos! The kids loved walking along the waterfront. The affordability of the hotel helped us save money for more family activities.
In my wife’s opinion, the room cleanliness needs serious improvement for families, especially with small kids.

I stayed in the Penthouse Suite and it was pretty spacious, which I liked. The bed was comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. I had issues with the TV not working properly, and I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password upon checking in. The shower was great, but I noticed some poor quality body wash. not the best experience, but definitely some highlights.

The staff were very accommodating, especially the young lady at reception who always greeted with a smile. The cleanliness of the room could use some attention, as I noticed some dust and stains on the carpet. The location is a great plus, being close to beautiful parks for a refreshing walk. the breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety after a long night of travel.

The blinds provided excellent blackout, ensuring a restful night. the experience was marred by several issues. The room felt unclean, and the staff's approach left much to be desired, especially after a threatening call regarding a damaged TV that I didn't break. Breakfast also disappointed, with poorly cooked eggs overshadowing the otherwise decent coffee.
